Maoni hayo hayo ndio ya wengi katika Maswahabah. Wanachuoni wengi wamesema kuwa wameafikiana juu ya hilo. ´Abdullaah bin Shaqiyq amesema:
“Hakuna kitu Maswahabah wa Muhammad (Swalla Allaahu ´alayhi wa sallam) walikuwa wakionelea kukiacha ni ukafiri isipokuwa swalah.”
Ameipokea at-Tirmidhiy na al-Haakim ambaye ameisahihisha kwa mujibu wa masharti ya al-Bukhaariy na Muslim.
Imaam anayejulikana Ishaaq bin Raahuuyah amesema:
“Kumepokelewa mapokezi Swahiyh kutoka kwa Mtume (Swalla Allaahu ´alayhi wa sallam) ya kwamba asiyeswali ni kafiri.”
Hali kadhalika ndio maoni waliyokuwa nayo wanachuoni tangu zama za Mtume (Swalla Allaahu ´alayhi wa sallam) mpaka hii leo; ya kwamba mwenye kuacha swalah pasi na udhuru mpaka wakati wake ukatoka ni kafiri. Ibn Hazm ametaja kwamba maoni hayo hayo yamepokelewa kutoka kwa ´Umar, ´Abdur-Rahmaan bin ´Awf, Mu´aadh bin Jabal, Abu Hurayrah na Maswahabah wengine. Halafu akasema:
al-Mundhiriy ameyanukuu haya katika “at-Targhiyb wat-Tarhiyb” na akaongeza Maswahabah kama ´Abdullaah bin Mas´uud, ´Abdullaah bin ´Abbaas, Jaabir bin ´Abdillaah na Abud-Dardaa´ (Radhiya Allaahu ´anhum). Kisha akasema:
“Mbali na Maswahabah Ahmad bin Hanbal, Ishaaq bin Raahuuyah, ´Abdullaah bin al-Mubaarak, an-Nakha´iy, al-Hakam bin al-´Utaybah, Ayyuub as-Sikhtiyaaniy, Abu Daawuud at-Twayaalisiy, Abu Bakr bin Abiy Shaybah, Zuhayr bin Harb wana maoni hayo hayo na wengineo.”
